Video: iPod - none, iTouch - plays movies in mp4 format

Applications: iPod - Contacts, iTouch - Whatever is in the iTunes App Store, Photos, Contacts, Calendar, EMail, Maps, etc...

GPS: iPod - none, iTouch - sort of, but not really.

Modified September 2008:

And now that the iTouch 2.0 is out, you can add speakers, plus the price point has dropped to $229 for an 8gb iTouch. Boy, the industry has made alot of progress, hasn't it? The leftmost iPod in the picture is still working, although the hard drive is a bit dodgy. Yes, it's the original iPod I bought way back in 2001. It has the original flywheel that spins for real - no touch sensor. It's amazing how heavy and thick it is compared to the iTouch and the iTouch 2 is noticeably lighter than the original iTouch. The hard drive is noticeable louder than the current iPod classics, although I've had limited interaction with the new classics.
